“Beds hanging from the ceiling were the straw that broke the camel’s back”: Landlord served TD Violet-Anne Wynne with invalid eviction notice

A landlord who served an invalid eviction notice on independent MP Violet-Anne Wynne told a court hearing that beds suspended from the ceiling were the “straw that broke the camel’s back”.

Patricia Warshell has been renting a property on Main Street in Ennis, Co Clare, to Ms Wynne and her family for €1,200 a month since August 2023.
