Originally from Zimbabwe, Lauren grew up on a farm and cultivated a deep love of the African wilderness through outdoor adventures with her family. After a three-year stint in London working in recruitment, her passion for Africa brought her back to Zimbabwe where she embarked on an 11-year career in Sales and Marketing within the tourism industry. Sharing her love of Africa and safaris has been deeply rewarding and she thoroughly enjoys celebrating the diverse cultures of the continent.
In 2016, Lauren’s adventurous spirit took her to neighbouring Zambia. Joining the Royal Zambezi Lodge family, she immersed herself in Zambia’s diverse landscapes, vibrant cultures and unique blend of people and wildlife. Continually inspired by the country’s vast and untouched beauty, Lauren finds joy in every unpredictable wildlife encounter and endless opportunities for exploration.
