Notre Dame Quarterback Riley Leonard Announces New NIL Deal

Notre Dame quarterback Riley Leonard has a new name and a new deal with a team that looks just like him, and that will be a hit with some Fighting Irish fans.

Are you a big fan of hats?

If so, Leonard is now your man, as the Notre Dame striker has officially joined hat maker New Era as a brand ambassador.

Leonard announced the collaboration this week in a video on his social media. Watch it below.

Good for Leonard that he is making some extra money while only having to play different roles and appear in a few videos.

Notre Dame doesn’t talk much about the NIL game publicly, but who thinks Riley Leonard will sign this deal if he’s the starting quarterback at Duke this year?

I can’t say that a random SEC team like Auburn doesn’t have NIL funds. But did Payton Thorne announce a deal with a national hat company this week?

All joking aside, it’s good for Riley.

And for him or any New Era folks seeing this, could you do us oddly shaped heads a favor and expand the Notre Dame collection to include the 39Thirty fit?
