Victoria Beckham sticks to what she knows best when it comes to her nutrition plans.

“She’s actually easy because we eat the same breakfast,” Beckham’s longtime friend Eva Longoria told the Daily mail in an interview published on Thursday, October 31. “We both love egg whites and avocado. … She makes great protein and avocado.”

Beckham, 50, will later enjoy steamed fish and vegetables for dinner.

‘She’s easy. It’s actually the opposite,” Longoria, 49, added. “She’s actually easy, not difficult.”

Victoria’s diet previously caused friction with her husband of 25 years, David Beckham.

“Unfortunately, I’m married to someone who has been eating the same thing for the past 25 years,” David joked during a February 2022 episode of the “Table 4” podcast. “Since I knew her, she only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables, and she rarely deviates from that.”

According to the retired football star, Victoria last stepped outside her comfort zone during her pregnancies.

“The only time she probably ever shared something that was on my plate was when she was pregnant with Harper, and that was the most amazing thing,” David joked. “It was one of my favorite nights. I don’t remember what it was, but I know she hasn’t eaten it since!’

David and Victoria share four children: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13. However, the fashion designer doesn’t often cook for their family.

“Mum, you can’t even make breakfast cereal,” Harper joked in a social media video from September 2023. “Well, you can make Chicken Kiev, but that’s from M&S (supermarket).”

Victoria understood and captioned her post: “I get it, I can’t cook!!!”

David has proven to be a force in the kitchen, which he has also passed on to Brooklyn.

“During the quarantine I started cooking. I did it every day. I had a glass of wine (and) cooked dinner for my fiancé,” Brooklyn shared Fashion in December 2021, referring to now-wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. “I was cooking every day and just having fun with it (and) Nicola started filming me, and I started posting it, and people really started to like it. And then I thought: you know, I can really make something of this. I have never enjoyed doing something like this as much as I do.”

He added, “I just enjoy making people happy, so it’s the second thing I get to do in my life, aside from spending time with (Nicola), that just takes me out of the world.”
