DC Weather This Weekend: Front Moves Through Saturday, But Will It Rain?

After a period of beautiful weather in the DMV, we expect more of the same, but cooler, this weekend! It will be sunny and cool in the Washington, DC area, with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures in the 60s.

FOX 5’s Tucker Barnes says sunny and seasonable temperatures Friday heading into the weekend. We need rain, but we won’t get more than a passing cloud later Friday, Barnes said.

A front moving through Saturday morning is not expected to bring rain to our area, but will make the afternoon breezy and cool. Sunday will be chilly with highs in the low 60s and temperatures in the 50s for the kickoff of the Commanders vs. Bears.

Look for milder temperatures on Monday before things warm up mid-week. Wednesday temperatures will be in the low 70s. Looking ahead to Halloween on Thursday, it’s looking like a bit of a hot Halloween with a high of 79! If we reach 80 on Halloween, it will be the first time in about 50 years.
