The Detroit Pistons look for a second straight victory on Friday evening when they welcome the new New York Knicks to the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

The Knicks are the Pistons’ sixth straight opponent in last season’s Eastern Conference playoffs, although New York has a different lineup after two major trades over the summer, one for Mikal Bridges and the other a month ago for Karl -Anthony Towns.

Towns scored 44 points on 17-of-25 shooting, including 4-of-5 on 3-pointers, in a 116-107 win at Miami on Wednesday.
