CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – Having a problem using Microsoft Exchange or Teams on Monday?

You’re not alone. According to Microsoft’s X page, on Monday, November 25, the company investigated the issues users were having with both programs.

The technology giant released their first message about the outages just after 4 a.m. on Monday. Within three hours they posted an update saying they had found the problem.

At 9am, Microsoft said they have started rolling out a fix.

The Downdetector website showed a marked increase in Microsoft 365 outages between 8am and 10am, with 86% of outages affecting Outlook, 9% Exchange and 6% SharePoint.

This outage comes months after a major outage in July due to a CrowdStrike bug. That problem affected everything from Microsoft programs to flight software.

At the time of writing, there was no estimate of when services were expected to be restored.
